SMART VISION CONTROL

SMART VISION CONTROL uses AI-based wash ware recognition: thanks to deep learning networks trained with over 80,000 images, the FLOW Line identifies plates, cups or heavily soiled GN containers in seconds. The conveyor speed, water volume and washing pressure are then automatically adjusted and reduced to a minimum when empty. In this way, the machine always delivers hygienically perfect results with minimal water and energy consumption.
