The beginnings
It all began in the 1940s with a vision: to make the kitchen more efficient and hygienic.
What started with a single dishwasher for restaurants quickly grew into a leading company for commercial dishwashers.
Through continuous innovation and a belief in precise, reliable technology, we have established ourselves as a partner for professional kitchens for over 80 years.
Development & Partnerships
Over the years, we have systematically expanded our range through new start-ups, strong partnerships and the expansion of our range for professional kitchens.
This was joined by cooperations with Hobart and the Hildebrand brand, among others. An important step was the addition of Eloma to the product range in 2004.
In2007, the Gehrig Group was founded to bundle our expertise and brands under one roof. Other partnerships were added later, including Moretti Forni and finally Unox in 2024.
The present
Today, we not only offer commercial dishwashers, but also complete solutions for the food service industry: from appliances and maintenance to special cleaning agents that improve your kitchen processes. We support you with tailor-made services ranging from advice and installation to ongoing support. Our technologies are designed for efficiency, quality and sustainability.
The future
We are not resting on our laurels after 80 years. On the contrary, the future belongs to digital transformation, sustainable solutions and even closer partnerships.
