Our history is more than just a series of dates. It’s made up of people, ideas, and the drive to make everyday life in professional kitchens a little easier—from our very first steps to today’s high-tech solutions.

The Beginnings
It all began in the 1940s with a vision: to make the kitchen more efficient and hygienic.
What began with a single dishwasher for restaurants quickly grew into a leading company in the commercial dishwasher industry.
Through continuous innovation and our commitment to precise, reliable technology, we have established ourselves as a partner for professional kitchens over the past 80 years.
Development & Partnerships
Over the years, we have strategically expanded our offerings through new ventures, strong partnerships, and the expansion of our product line for professional kitchens.
In addition, the company entered into partnerships with Hobart and the Hildebrand brand, among others. A key step was the expansion of the product line to include Eloma in 2004.
In 2007, the Gehrig Group was founded to bring our expertise and brands together under one roof. Additional partnerships followed, including Moretti Forni and, finally, Unox in 2024.

Today, we offer not only commercial dishwashers but also complete solutions for the food service industry: from equipment and maintenance to specialized cleaning products that improve your kitchen operations. We support you with customized services ranging from consultation and installation to ongoing support. Our technologies are designed for efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
