Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. (Monday to Friday) are delivered within 1-2 working days, depending on the delivery area and stock availability. Delivery to kerbside and only within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
The shipping costs vary depending on the size and type of goods. The delivery costs are at least CHF 16 and are listed as an additional item in the shopping cart and on the invoice. Free shipping from CHF 500.
Special conditions apply for customers with a framework agreement.
Return / Revocation
A return with credit of the purchase price is only possible if
- the goods are unopened/unused.
- the original packaging is present.
- the goods were purchased no more than 5 days ago.
The buyer shall bear the costs for returns.
Cancellation is possible before delivery of the goods and only after consultation. In this case, a reasoned letter must be sent to info@gehriggroup.ch immediately after placing the order.
