Which brands does Gehrig sell?
Gehrig Group AG sells products from Hobart, Eloma, Moretti Forni and Aqualyt. The Ariane dishwasher lines are own brands and are marketed under the Gehrig brand.
Can I test the devices before I buy them?
Yes! Selected appliances can be tested in our showrooms and with partners throughout Switzerland. We are happy to bring cleaning products directly to you for testing.
How much does a dishwasher cost on average?
The cost of a commercial dishwasher depends heavily on the size, equipment and area of use. As a guide: a professional undercounter dishwasher starts at around CHF 4,500.00. A commercial hood-type dishwasher from around CHF 11,500.00
Do you also offer large systems in the warewashing area?
Yes, we also offer large-scale systems in the field of warewashing technology. The appliances are specially designed for areas such as production facilities, hospitals, care homes and commercial kitchens. We will be happy to advise you individually.
How much does a combi steamer cost on average?
The price of a professional combisteam depends on the size, features and brand.
For compact tabletop models, you can expect prices from around CHF 4,000.00. Standard and large appliances for restaurants or hotels, for example, start at CHF 10,000.00, depending on the range of functions.
Is there a maintenance contract for my device?
Yes, with carePlus we offer a customized maintenance contract for all Gehrig appliances.
Depending on requirements, the subscription includes regular maintenance, safety checks and the inspection of wearing parts.
Are used appliances also available?
Yes, we also offer second-hand appliances. In our Lagerabverkauf you will regularly find well-maintained and tested used appliances at attractive conditions. For specific offers or current availability, please contact us directly.
Questions about support
How quickly will a technician be with me in an emergency?
Our service technicians are on duty throughout Switzerland and can respond quickly in an emergency. Depending on the region and situation, the response time is between a few minutes and half a working day.
How and when can I contact customer service?
You can reach us from Monday to Friday between 07.30-17.00.
Our on-call service is available from Monday to Friday between 17.00-22.00 & at weekends from 8.00-22.00.
Where can I find the operating instructions for my device?
For our own brand Ariane, the operating instructions are available for download directly from our website. For appliances of other brands, we recommend visiting the respective manufacturer's website, where the latest manuals and technical documents are available.
Where can I order spare parts for my device?
You can order your spare parts by phone from Monday to Friday between 08.00-17.00 on +41 43 211 56 04 or by e-mail ersatzteile@gehriggroup.ch.
Is there a training course for my new device?
Yes, we offer training for all devices by our specialist staff.
Depending on the complexity and range of functions, we carry out the introduction directly on site and can also train the entire team on request.
